High School Horror Project

This project, where high school students created a horror film as part of their english literature curriculum, was an immense success on multiple levels. 

 

The project not only engaged students in a unique and captivating manner but also challenged them to apply their literary knowledge creatively. Throughout the process, students experienced several successes and overcame various obstacles, fostering personal growth and academic development.

One of the project's key successes was the seamless integration of literature and filmmaking. By immersing themselves in the genre of horror, students were able to explore themes, characters, and literary techniques in a tangible and visually appealing way. This interdisciplinary approach deepened their understanding of the subject matter while fostering critical thinking and analytical skills.
